Retail Sales Assistant

We are looking for a passionate and customer-oriented individual to join our retail team. This role involves helping customers bring their memories to life through film processing, photo printing, and customized gift products.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide friendly and knowledgeable customer service to walk-in customers
- Assist customers with **film processing, photo printing services, and personalized gift orders**(e.g. mugs, t-shirts, photo books, etc.)
- Recommend suitable products and services based on customer needs and preferences
- Perform cashiering duties and handle payments accurately
- Receive, manage, and replenish inventory, including photo paper, film, and gift items
- Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the shopfront and workstations
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, encouraging repeat visits
- Stay up to date with product knowledge, promotions, and printing processesPerform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor or store manager
- **Requirements**:

- At least 1-2 years of working experience in the retail industry
- Experience in photography, printing, or a related industry will be an advantage
- Friendly, patient, and service-oriented personality
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a proactive and customer-first mindset
- Fluent in English and Mandarin (to communicate with Mandarin-speaking customers)Immediate availability preferred

**Other Information**:

- 5 day work week (Tuesdays - Saturdays)
- 11am - 6.30pm
- Flexi medical credits
- 7 days Annual Leave (additional 1 day for each completed year after)
