We're looking for passionate senior product designers to join the fast growing team at TikTok Singapore. Working with a cross-functional team, you'll lead and own product features to help evolve and drive impact for TikTok globally.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work with cross functional teams including product managers, researchers, UX writers, and engineers to contribute to high-level strategic decisions, envision and execute impactful product experiences globally
- Lead large scale projects from 0-1, managing uncertainty and ambiguity, ensuring we're shipping meaningful and quality experiences
- Lead design workshops and sprints with cross-functional teams to explore innovative solutions for problems and opportunities identified through research and data
- Provide multiple solutions based on user needs, business goals, and technical constraints for any given project
- Create end-to-end user flows, both low and high fidelity, and prototypes as needed
- Regularly give and receive feedback on designs and strategic product decisions
- Review product releases qualitatively and through data, pre and post launch to ensure high quality experiences are reaching millions of TikTok users
- Present key learnings within team and larger xfn groups
- Explore new design tools and contribute to team process and documentation
- Influence and guide team as positive role model

**Qualifications**:
Minimum Qualifications
1. Experience with UX and UI design, has led multiple design projects from strategy to launch, strong attention to detail;
2. Ability to rapidly iterate and produce a multitude of concepts;
3. Open-minded, welcome all feedback and be patient;
4. Entrepreneurial attitude, ability to deal with rapid changes and situations that are not ideal;
5. Great communication skills, ability to articulate your concepts, vision and decision-making;
6. A global vision and mentality, actively pays attention to global internet products;
Preferred Qualifications
1. 4+ years designing UX for consumer-facing products across mobile and web, preferably content creation or consumption related;
2. Experience with A/B testing and a data driven practice;
3. Experience working with multiple stakeholders across the org;
4. Experience with front-end programming;
5. A passion and enthusiasm for TikTok and its community
