**Roles & Responsibilities**

Kangti is focused on developing a platform technology, based on live yeast cells, for discovery of functional antibodies against G protein coupled receptors (“GPCRs”) for therapeutic purposes.

Research Associate

Job responsibility: Assist the principal investigator developing and maintaining in house mammalian cell cultures, designing, executing, and optimizing cell based functional assays, immunoassays for measurement and characterization of antibodies.

Skills and competencies: Familiar with mammalian cell culture and aseptic technique, cell based functional assays, flow cytometry, and protein assays; ability to perform multiple tasks independently, to think laterally to solve problems, and to constantly improve work practices and a willingness to learn and grow with the company. Research experience in the study of antibodies or GPCRs or closely related areas or a solid understanding of fundamental PK and quantitative pharmacology principles will be preferred.

Required qualifications: Minimum a bachelor’s degree in cell biology, molecular biology, immunology, biochemistry, biotechnology, microbiology, pharmacology, or related fields.

Salary range: $5,000 to 6,000
