The role is accountable to implement the safety and soundness of the underlying infrastructure platforms while implementing the projects and become partner of choice for business partners and clients.

This position will be responsible for collaborating with the GCG APAC and EMEA sector technology teams in implementing the strategy for Middleware App Hosting platforms and provide best in class infrastructure build support for Global Consumer business for all lines of business.

Preferred Technical Expertise & Responsibilities:
2) Expertise in other web hosting technologies like Oracle Application Server, Apache and Tomcat
3) Expertise in Java/J2EE deployments Unix Shell script programming and automation tools.
4) Security certificate management involved for webhosting products.
5) Support technology improvements such as new infrastructure install and hardware/software upgrade and engineering support
6) Analyze customer requirements to ensure all standards policies and guidelines are upheld from the information security perspective and support routine compliance activities
7) Provide L3 oversight and direction for Audit Risk and Compliance matters.
8) Disaster recovery planning and documentation. Conduct regular COB tests to check integrity and functionality of disaster environments.
9) Supports risk assessments whenever technical expertise is required; Assists Security Incident Response Teams in the investigation of incidents and the training of key staff
11) Analyze and resolution from routine issues to critical failures within established service level targets

Qualifications:

- 8+ years of experience in a technology infrastructure role with experience in project management and selected infrastructure technologies
- Experience in financial services or large complex and/or global environment preferred
- Consistently demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication with ability to communicate technical concepts to a non-technical audience
- Proven ability to develop projects required for design of metrics, analytical tools, benchmarking activities and identification of best practices
- Proven analytical, diagnostic and multitasking skills with focus on execution and attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to both work independently and partner with virtual teams in a high-pressure matrix environment
- Demonstrated ability to take ownership of various parts of a project/initiative with tight deadlines or unexpected changes in expectation/ requirements

**Education**:
Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience

Need excellent skills with Tech stacks IBM WebSphere, Apache HTTP Webserver, Oracle HTTP servers, NGINX & GEMFIRE. Having good written & Verbal communicating and capability of leading vendor resources. Should possess project implementation skills.
