**Job Description**:
Ensures security and accountability of inventory through transaction documentation, process and procedure verification, and system review. Conducts physical inventories and leads cycle counts. Analyzes and, when able, corrects cycle count discrepancies. Audits incoming and outgoing shipments to assure quality and accuracy. Compiles and documents all transactions for data entry.
**Job Description - CI Analyst**
- Promote a culture of Continuous Improvement, identify opportunities and implement associated projects to reduce waste and non-value-added processes.
- Develop productivity improvement proposals for projects related to Plant metrics such as inventory management, process and quality improvement etc.
- Work with supplier or vendor for indirect materials/expenses in terms of price negotiations, optimizing MOQs and reducing delivery lead time to provide a more flexible supply chain.
- Analyze and establish a systemic process on warehousing and material flow in production floor.
- Support Lean Basic classroom training for all manufacturing associates.
- Support the Rockwell Operating System standards compliance and improvements for Singapore Plant.
- Support a Cultural Transformation and provides coaching for A3 Root Cause Problem Solving.
**Experience and Education**
- Diploma with experience or bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, manufacturing or supply chain management background related discipline.
- Must have great communication, organization, problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, and familiarity with computer and materials management software, such as SAP & statistical models.
- Ideally with 2 - 3 years of working experience. Familiarity with LEAN methodology is an added advantage
- Experience working and leading cross-functional teams and projects.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) & Share-point.
