**Job Purpose:
Responsible for the achievement of sales and operating profit targets, growing the business and operational results while elevating the image of the brand. Making existing agreements more profitable and developing an effective relationship with current or new Accounts in line with objectives assigned to South East Asia local markets.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Achieve sales and operating profit targets.
- Ensure strong and profitable growth for the brand.
- Implement and ensure quality of marketing plan according to company strategies.
- Develop and implement yearly sales forecast plan by line by skus.
- Develop the plan to achieve the forecasted revenues ensuring the correct split among the business partners by month and by skus.
- Analyze and evaluate new markets/new channels/POS/Corporate clients as potential business environment for Bulgari products.
- Maintain and improve relationship with the business partners, interacting with all the necessary people in their organization, ensuring regular clients visit as well as key point of sales.
- Manage with Business Partner negotiation of margins, pricing, payment terms, new opportunities space (new spaces & relocation), stock management, (BTL/ATL) activities.
- Deliver the best retail experience, monitoring the compliancy and consistency of POS visual merchandising and store layout, providing appropriate indications and establishing 'ad hoc' actions; support events at point of sale; support campaigns of new products launches.
- Analyze sell-in, sell-out and stock data of each door/partner.
- Focus on retail conversion from selling, and increase door productivity.
- Accelerate E-Commerce.
- Proactively monitor order process, making sure that the business partner is placing regular order according to the monthly forecast and the sell-out results.
- Set and manage sales meeting with partners to discuss the business development and present novelties.
- Interact with other dept. in case of issues related to products, shipments, pricing, etc.
- Cooperate with the administrative department/s in the credit control, status of payments etc. ensuring the implementation of corporate client management policies & guidelines and fast issue management and communication to clients.
- Provide monthly reports on sales to ensure an efficient resource usage to increase profitability.
- Ad -hoc projects/ duties as assigned.

**Academic / Professional Qualifications**
- At least of 6-8 years of sales/account management
- Experience in managing distributors is an asset but not compulsory
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or Marketing major preferred
- Knowledge of beauty processes, guidelines and procedures
- Knowledge of the relevant market (competitors, luxury business etc.)
- Negotiation techniques
