Roles & Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for analysis, design, development, implementation and maintenance of digital Business Process Management platform.
- Gather requirements from customer, perform technical impact analysis and estimate effort for development.
- Perform unit test, support system integration test and user acceptance test
- Prepare release procedure and support production implementation
- Update user manual, system operational manual and other necessary deliverables.
- Troubleshoot issues and problems, provide workarounds where necessary. Perform root cause analysis and come up with preventive measures.
- Review offshore’ s deliverables like FSD, TSD to ensure the design is with quality and follow platform standards.
- Perform code review to detect potential coding problems.
- Review Release procedure and support system release activities.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent fields
- Solid experience in software development using Java and SQL
- Any relevant certifications on Java or Azure development.
- Experience in working with outsource development
- Experience in working in a complex matrix organization
- Banking domain experience, particularly related to Business Process Management system
- Good knowledge in SDLC methodologies (waterfall).
- Good presentation, communication and coordination skills.
- Can contribute individually and collaborate well in a team.
- Strong sense of accountability and ownership and respond with speed and flexibility.
