In this role, you will analyze global LNG market trends, provide critical data forecasts, and assist in strategic decision-making to drive business success. **Responsibilities**:

- Conduct comprehensive research on the global LNG market, analyzing supply and demand dynamics, price trends, policy impacts, and industry developments.
- Monitor key market data such as major producing and receiving countries, shipping capacity, and benchmark price movements (e.g., JKM, TTF, Henry Hub).
- Develop analytical models to forecast market trends, providing strategic support for trading and procurement decisions.
- Prepare and present clear, structured reports to key stakeholders and executives (primarily in Mandarin).
- Draft high-quality research reports, participate in internal strategy discussions, and contribute to building a knowledge repository.
- Establish and maintain collaborative communication channels with external research institutions and industry stakeholders to stay updated on market trends.
- Depending on business needs, the role may evolve to include trading responsibilities.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Energy, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or related fields.
- At least 2 years of experience in commodity research or data analysis; experience in trading support is a plus. Prior experience in oil, gas, or energy-related industries is preferred.
- Good understanding of global energy market structures, with the ability to analyze and interpret market conditions in the context of China’s policies and demand characteristics.
- Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin) for effective communication with the team, with strong proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Solid data analysis skills, with proficiency in tools such as Excel, Python, and Power BI.
- Strong logical thinking, quick learning abilities, resilience under pressure, and the capacity to adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
