We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Owner - a strong background in SAP Supply Chain Management to join our team.

Analyse business requirements, propose SAP solutions, collaborate with stakeholders, conduct feasibility assessments, and provide input on scope, timeline, and resources.

**Responsibilities**:

- Product Strategy: Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy for data analytics, aligning it with the organization’s goals and objectives.
- Requirement Gathering: Independently manage requirement gathering sessions, documentation, presentation. Collaborate with stakeholders, including business sponsors, business users, data product owners, data IT to gather, validate and prioritize product.
- Product Roadmap: Create and maintain a detailed product roadmap, outlining key milestones, features and timelines.Identify and elevate the valuable local use cases to become new data analytics products at zone level.
- Analytical Design: Work closely with data visualization experts and designers to create visually engaging and informative dashboards and reports.
- Feature Prioritization: Determine the priority of analytics features and enhancements based on business value, customer needs, and market trend.
- Cross-functional collaborations: Work closely with data product owners, data IT, and development team to ensure successful product development and delivery.
- User Stories: Create and maintain user stories, product backlogs, and acceptance criteria for development teams.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that the delivered analytics solutions meet quality and performance standards through testing and validation.
- Feedback Loop: Gather feedback from users and stakeholders to iterate and improve the analytics products continually.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation for KPIs, product features, functionality, and user guides.
- User Training: Ensure end-users effectively utilize the analytics products by developing training materials, conducting user trainings, and building user community. Work closely with business product owners to drive user adoption.

Who we are looking for:

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration,., Business, Computer Science, Analytics or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in supply chain management or SAP, product owner, product manager, or in a similar role, preferably in the analytics domain.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA or SAP ERP
- Experience in the retail or consumer goods industry
- Strong understanding of data analytics concepts, tools, and technologies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Strong presentation skills, communication and influencing capabilities.
- Analytics mindset with the ability to translate complex requirements into actionable product features.
- Proficiency in project management, product management and Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum)
- Knowledge of data privacy and compliance regulations (e.g., GDPR) is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attentions to detail.
- Knowledge of SQL and PowerBIis must.
- Adaptability and ability to strive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $8,000.00 - $13,000.00 per month
