**What you will do**:

- Manage multiple medium level to large-scale projects/program in Agile/waterfall models in eCommerce /ERP
- Translate generalized customer business goals and objectives into concrete strategy and tactical plans
- Propose and Draft project schedule, cut over plan for eCommerce/ERP rollouts
- Lead daily scrum, weekly status calls with partners, Business on delivery
- Define the scope, work packages for sprints with business, architects and execute sprints with proper demos, milestones
- Work effectively with internal and external stakeholder in accomplishing program objectives and to facilitate the project decisions for program delivery
- Oversee and resolve resource, budgeting and change requests affecting the eCommerce/ERP program
- Lead the gap analysis for any new market, propose rollout plan and proper capacity planning

**What you bring**:

- Experience_
- Degree in Computer Science or Information System or any relevant field
- Minimum of 10 years' project management experience with experience in large, complex projects and management of distributed project resource teams
- Experience in Understanding of the strategic and operational issues of the eCommerce/ERP rollouts.
- Ability to train, mentor, and team and partner project mangers in project management
- Personal competencies_
- Independent and proactive in solving problem
- Keen in hands-on tasks
- High attention to detail, self-starter, and think out of the box.
