Manage existing / develop new channel partners, introduce and present company profile in a professional way through sales inquiries;
- Establish excellent relationships with existing and new channel partners, suppliers, system integrators and end users;
- Meet or exceed given sales targets, being well-organized in the sales pipeline. Forecast and seize upcoming potential business deals;
- Dig into each deal with a successful salesperson’s sense, increase the winning chance by smelling the target price, and maximize each deal’s scope;
- Represent the Company to provide pre-sales technical/functional consultancy to partners and customers while ensuring customer satisfaction;
- Represent the Company to prepare presentable sales quotations and address sales inquiries with competitive offerings in a timely and professional manner;
- Generate sales opportunities to achieve short and long-term goals and growth;
- To negotiate with customers on price/terms, offer professional advice, follow up and close deals.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma holder or above in IT or related discipline;
- Proven minimum of 2-5 years of working experience in IT solutions/Hardware direct/channel sales background, with the ability to demonstrate a high level of understanding in System Integration, Managed Services, IT projects implementation,
- Network Infrastructure and Security Technologies;
- Possess knowledge of server and storage hardware configuration;
- Excellent skills in building relationships with channel partners and customers;
- High self-esteem, smart and committed to customer satisfaction;
- Good contacts and network in the IT industry;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Mandarin and English due to need of business.
