**Job Summary**:
The E3D Engineering Coordinator is responsible for managing the setup, implementation, coordination, and maintenance of the Aveva E3D design environment across the FPSO project. The role ensures consistent design quality, data integrity, and optimal utilization of the E3D platform by interfacing between design disciplines, IT, and project engineering teams.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate the E3D modeling activities across all engineering disciplines (Piping, Structural, Electrical, Instrumentation, etc.) within the FPSO project.
- Set up and manage the E3D database, catalogs, specifications, and project templates in line with project and company standards.
- Act as the focal point for all E3D-related queries, configurations, and updates.
- Liaise with the EPC contractor and vendors for interface and interoperability requirements.
- Ensure all design data is properly structured and controlled in accordance with project information management systems.
- Provide user support, training, and guidance to the design teams using E3D.
- Perform regular audits and clash detection reviews to ensure model integrity and detect design issues early.
- Generate and manage 3D model deliverables such as drawings, reports, and data extracts for procurement, construction, and commissioning use.
- Ensure E3D model reviews are conducted at various project milestones and that action items are tracked and closed.
- Interface with the IT team to manage E3D hardware/software installations and upgrades as necessary.
- Support multi-discipline coordination and integration of vendor-supplied models into the FPSO project environment.
- Monitor and report progress on E3D activities and provide input to project engineering status reports.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer-Aided Design, or related discipline.
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in E3D/PDMS coordination, with at least 3 years in the oil and gas or FPSO sector.
- Proven experience in coordinating large-scale 3D models and multi-discipline teams.
- Proficient in AVEVA E3D, PDMS, and related AVEVA tools such as Global, Draw, and Review.
- Strong understanding of engineering design workflows and data-centric design methodologies.
- Familiarity with interface management, project data integration, and handover to operations systems.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal teams, contractors, and vendors.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks with competing deadlines.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in brownfield FPSO modifications or greenfield newbuilds.
- Knowledge of other engineering tools such as Navisworks, AutoCAD, and SmartPlant is an advantage.
