**BUSINESS SUPPORT**

**Admissions Ambassador**

The successful applicant will provide support to the Admissions Team in the promotion of the School and the care of new students and families as they join the Tanglin Community. S/he is required to work with the team in the process of enrolling new students to the School by conducting tours and responding to enquiries for prospective families. The role reports to Head of Admissions.***

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Diploma holder or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience
- Proven experience in a Customer Service/Sales role
- Able to use initiative to tailor appointments to meet the needs of prospective families
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications including Excel and Word
- Excellence in written and spoken English
- Confident, mature and self motivated
- Pleasant disposition with excellent interpersonal, organisational and communication skills
- Able to work independently as well as in a team
