
Language Centre Manager

**Role**:
- Manage the daily operations of the education centre
- Manage teachers schedules and plan courses based on demand, availability and operational constraints
- Issue invoices, record payment of fees, follow-up pending payments
- Follow-up students and ensure quality of service
- Handle escalated clients inquiries or claims
- Resolve issues as required
- Order from suppliers (books, office supplies...)
- Ensure that the centre is cleaned properly
- Working hours: Mon to Fri 11am to 7.30pm, Sat morning 9am to 12pm
**Requirements**:
- 1st experience in a management role in a tuition center/school
- Basic knowledge of book keeping (Xero or QuickBooks)
- Good presentation and customer-oriented
- Comfortable with clients face to face and over the phone
- Dynamic, self-driven, professional and reliable
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $3,400.00 - $4,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental Pay:
- Performance bonus
