**MUST HAVE skillsets**:

- Experience with managing data projects before.
- Experience with use of JIRA, including configuring JIRA workflow, and using JIRA to produce reporting dashboard.
- Experience with use of MS Project.
- Experience in preparing for and minuting steering committees.
- Fast learner to pick up basic understanding of the projects in order to appreciate the dependencies across them.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work with different team leads of the various projects/initiatives to consolidate their respective status, risk and issues for DaaS steering committee.
- Track the dependencies across projects/initiatives.
- Help in project management for the more complex projects/initiatives.
- Responsible for minutes preparation/taking and other relevant project management related tasks for DaaS steering committee.
