- Ensure the facility meets Spartans’ brand and operational standards.
- Monitor inventory and coordinate with vendors for supplies and equipment.

**Team Leadership**:

- Recruit, train, and manage gym staff including trainers, receptionists, and cleaning crews.
- Schedule staff shifts and manage performance evaluations.
- Foster a positive, team-oriented culture aligned with Spartans’ values.

**Member Engagement & Retention**:

- Handle member inquiries, feedback, and conflict resolution with professionalism.
- Maintain high levels of member satisfaction and retention.
- Organize events, challenges, and member appreciation activities to foster community.

**Sales & Marketing**:

- Drive membership sales, renewals, and upselling of services such as personal training.
- Implement local marketing strategies to attract new members.
- Track KPIs including revenue, retention, and membership growth.

**Financial Accountability**:

- Manage gym budget and expenses.
- Prepare weekly/monthly reports for senior management.
- Ensure all financial transactions (POS, billing, etc.) are properly recorded.
