Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:
Develop and implement SEM and social media advertising campaigns in line with our overall marketing strategy.

Manage and optimize paid search and social media campaigns to maximize ROI and increase revenue.

Conduct keyword research, create ad copy and landing pages, and manage bid strategies to drive traffic and conversions.

Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed to ensure targets are met.

Analyze data and prepare regular reports on campaign performance.

Stay up to date with industry trends and changes in the SEM and social media landscape.

Having SEO skills will be more desirable but not a requirement.

**Requirements**:

In-depth knowledge of SEM platforms such as Google Ads and Bing Ads, as well as social media advertising platforms such as Facebook Ads, Twitter Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.

Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders.

Experience with Google Analytics and other data analysis tools.
