The KPMG financial services advisory team assists banks and capital market sectors in managing their day-to-day business challenges and developments. We support our financial services clients on multiple diverse consulting projects that include:

- Business growth (e.g. market entry, customer insights, merger and acquisitions support)
- Operational process improvements across the banking value chain
- Organisation-wide functional (re)design
- Change management and project management
- Digital and technology enablement
- Programme management support
- Strong experience in Banking, Finance & Risk Management Domains.
- Domain knowledge covering Banking products, Treasury products, Asset Liability Management, Liquidity & IRS reporting, and profitability analysis.
- Experienced and having good knowledge of OFSAA product & modules.
- At least two end to end project execution experience in large banks with any/more than one of the OFSAA modules OFSAA FTP, PFT, ALM, LRM, BASEL (credit/market/operations risk) or any other EPM/ERM modules.
- Experience in Requirement gathering and preparation of BRDs, FSDs & other project related documents.

**The role involves**:

- **Create Functional Specification documents based on the BRD, prepare the data mapping specification documents, conduct functional walkthrough for the stakeholders, and obtain FS signoff**:

- **Support /develop proposal as and when required**:

- **Ability to build rapport with team members and clients. Expected to lead by example and provide coaching, guidance and feedback to develop skills of team members. Effectively consult with manage customer organizations. Participates in business development activities.**:

- **Proactively identify gaps, issues and work with team for resolution, documentation, and implementation of appropriate action plans.**:

- **Impart training to business users.**:

- **Perform impact analysis on the existing system functionalities with respect to the new proposed changes.**:

- **Support in UAT testing - responsible to investigate the issues raised in UAT, and to co-ordinate with users and developers during the UAT phase for all techno-functional queries
