Spearheading the Software Delivery team, you will be responsible for overseeing a diverse portfolio of projects from inception to completion. Your primary focus will be on ensuring successful project delivery, maintaining strong client engagement, and fostering effective communication between teams and stakeholders.

**Responsibilities**:

- Program Leadership: Lead the entire program/portfolio of projects, including pre-sales, inception, discovery, delivery, completion, and handover phases.
- Team Management: Manage multiple project managers and guide them towards successful project execution. Foster collaboration among teams and stakeholders.
- Project Health Transparency: Ensure clear and transparent communication of project health indicators to both the internal teams and the client.
- Situation Awareness: Maintain a strong understanding of project scope, requirements, and progress, proactively addressing any impediments to the team's success.
- Trusted Advisor: Act as a trusted advisor and partner to the client, providing guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.
- Delivery Facilitation: Serve as a strategic liaison between all stakeholders and project teams, bridging any conflicting needs to facilitate delivery success.
- Mentorship: Mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support for their professional growth and ensuring the delivery of high-quality service.

Qualifications & Requirements:

- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Computer Studies, Information Technology, or related disciplines.
- Minimyears of delivery experience, with at least 5 years leading customised software development projects in an agile/iterative environment (discovery, design, development, testing, deployment, maintenance).
- Experience in leading large-enterprise programs/projects and guiding teams through adaptability and change.
- Strong Communication Skills: Ability to engage senior stakeholders, facilitate discussions, and foster effective communication across all levels.
- Proficiency in facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continuous improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency.
- Coaching Abilities: Capable of coaching team members to improve their performance, identify goals, and monitor progress.
