**What the role is**
- You will support the MOH Communicable Diseases Division (CDD) to ensure that the operations are executed in accordance with the approved policies and processes. You will be involved in case management, activity mapping, and contact tracing of communicable diseases of confirmed/suspected cases to ensure that public health interventions are implemented in a timely fashion.
You will be working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment that would require the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders at the same time.

**What you will be working on**
- Assist to coordinate with external agencies (intra-/inter-ministry/Sector Leads) to establish ops workflow aligned with public health policies for internal teams to adopt.
- Works in close partnership with public health policy teams to ensure that contact tracing teams are updated on the latest policy changes.
- Cross-check data team’s output to ensure accuracy and alignment with policy changes and management guidance.
- Implement ops contingency responses under the direction of Head and Dy Head Ops when required.
- Provide necessary Ops inputs for any systems developments that would affect relevant Infectious Diseases case creation, info development & management, tracking and ringfencing.
- Repository archiving to ensure corporate heritage and continuity.

**What we are looking for**
- Tertiary education
- 3 years of experience in operations management and/or crisis preparedness
- Past experience as an operations officer in the civil/public sector would be an advantage
- Highly driven, goal-oriented professional who can operate under highly stressful environment
- Effective communication, people and networking skills, with the ability to function in a diverse environment setting
- Excellent organizational and management skills

Must be able to work on weekends/public holidays as scheduled
