Singapore ASIA INFRASTRUCTURE SOLUTIONS SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. Full time

**Duration**:
6-8 Months Internship

**Main Purpose of the Job:
**Financial Data Entry**:
Assist in the preparation and entry of financial data into accounting software.

Ensure the accuracy of financial records and update financial reports as needed.

**Accounts Payable & Receivable**:
Support the processing of invoices, payments, and reconciliations. Assist in monitoring and managing outstanding payments and collections.

**Financial Reporting**:
Help prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Assist in the analysis of financial statements, identifying trends and variances.

**Budgeting & Forecasting**:
Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts. Participate in the analysis of budget vs. actual performance.

**Expense Management**:
Support the tracking and analysis of departmental expenses. Assist in the preparation of expense reports and ensure compliance with company policies.

**Invoicing**:
Generate client invoices according to contractual terms, reconcile client payments.

**Ad-Hoc Projects**:
Participate in special projects as assigned by the finance team. Provide support in various administrative tasks and financial analysis.

**Job Requirements & Person Specification (Qualifications, Experience, Skills & Behaviours)**
- Currently pursuing accounting qualification such as ACCA or degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
