**Primary Purpose**:
The Analyst, Planning is part of Asia Supply Planning team and he/she will be responsible for managing the tasks on production capacity management, samples and orders allocation with ultimate goal of allocating the products to the right factory timely to achieve the ontime delivery and best quality.

- Create and maintain sample allocation and production timeline, work with functional teams to build sufficient lead-time to meet the floorset date.
- Closely work with product development team and production team to identify long lead-time styles and related data maintenance
- Schedule monthly capacity meeting, collect and consolidate the finished goods capacity, monitor the capacity ramp up plan
- Produce transfer list and conduct corresponding analysis
- Validate raw materials air request and support the approval and payment process
- Monitor delivery and production output to meet the set target
- Maintain allocation and plan balancing tool

**The accomplished individual will possess...**
- Bachelor Degree in a relevant discipline; MBA graduate a distinct advantage
- 2+ years working experience in merchandising or planning in supply chain, preferable in handbag, footwear or consumer products industries
- Experience on SAP or other ERP system is a plus
- Strong analytical skills with attention to details, able to manage multitask
- Creative thinking skills
- Good team player
- Strong communication skills - verbal & written, in English - able to articulate complex problems in simple terms
- Proficiency in MS Word & Excel, Outlooks
