**About the Role - Job Description**:

- **Must be authorized to work in Singapore without sponsorship.** _
- Partner with the Product Managers, business and other stakeholders to understand and analyse business and technical problems and determine requirements to address them.
- Work with business stakeholders, solutions architect and technical teams to ensure that requirements are meaningful, understood and technically achievable
- Identify, document and recommend business improvement opportunities on proposed and completed projects to enable continuous improvement
- Ensure that requirements are documented in an actionable way by the Technical Teams, using the appropriate technique for each of them (including, Epics and User Stories, Process Workflows, Use Cases/Scenarios etc.)
- Complete Reviews and UAT on stories as developed
- Gather requirements utilising the most appropriate approach for the various stakeholders, including by organising workshops, brainstorming sessions, interviews, etc.
- Collaborate with the Business stakeholder to prepare Business cases to define potential Business benefits and options for achieving these benefits and highlight Business and technical risks
- Review changes proposed by technical teams to evaluate and mitigate their impact on existing and planned systems

**Job Requirement**:

- At least 3 years of experience working as a Business Analyst including development of Business Cases, detailed business and functional requirements, user stories and process documentation, ideally in software development
- Be comfortable with running Workshops and presenting to Management and non-technical stakeholders
- Able to communicate effectively with both Business Stakeholders and Technical Teams
- Demonstrated analytical, conceptual and problem-solving skills
- Strong oral and written communication including report, briefing writing and presentation skills
- Fluent in English and Mandarin to communicate with Chinese speaking co-colleagues
