Warehouse

1. Perform inbound receiving, checking and binning of Stock and Rush/VOR shipments and daily IBT/ILT/JIT deliveries.

2. Receive inbound goods from suppliers.

3. Receive inbound goods and products for intra-company purpose.

4. Perform outbound pick, pack and distribution for IBT/ILT/JIT, Traders sales, Intra-company parts movement, Events & Activities and 24hr Roadside assistance.

5. Perform Bin Location Maintenance tasks such as:
a. Location maintenance by demand/movement

b. No location maintenance

6. Perform housekeeping tasks such as maintaining ESH / WSH regulations, material ordering and Kaizen activities.

7. Perform and support Bi-annual stock check and cycle count tasks.

8. Perform parts claim submission.

9. Perform Physical stock management tasks such as:
a. Shelf life checking

b. Supersession arrangement

c. Annual slow-moving part write off

d. BMW parts and warranty claim disposal

10. Manage or support ancillary storage at company premises with supervision.

Logistics

11. Perform tasks to maintain 24hr Emergency vehicle parts inventory.

12. Perform intra-company logistics and transportation tasks.

13. Co-ordinate new vehicle parts return from another depot to HQ.

14. Co-ordination of IU devices transfer to another depot.

Driver duties (when applicable)

15. Perform transportation tasks for daily scheduled delivery runs for SDBC, ECC and PDI.

16. Perform delivery services for Parts Sales Team.

17. Perform transportation tasks for intra-company activities and events.

18. Responsible for the maintenance of the company’s delivery vehicles’ cleanliness, road-worthiness and operational readiness.

19. Identify and report to superior on defects, accidents and the need for servicing and repair.

20. Ensure that there is no discrepancy for daily scheduled delivery runs and transportation services and tasks required by the company.

Warranty

21. Collection of Warranty Parts from Workshop.

22. Re-pack pre-credit note warranty parts for storage.

23. Perform post credit note parts extraction and storage.

24. Warranty Parts Disposal.

25. Support warranty parts audit.

Operations (Parts supply store)

26. Specific job content according to job grade for Warehouse, Logistics, Driver duties and Warranty Management.

27. Perform parts supply, parts return, parts quotation and back order acquisition via Dealer Management System at:
a. SDPC Level 3 Mechanical workshop. OR

b. SDPC Level 4 Mechanical workshop and Bodyshop including insurance management. OR

c. SDBC Mechanical workshop for CAR and MOTORRAD, and FastLane. OR

d. ECC Mechanical workshop and FastLane OR

e. PDI workshop for NEW CAR DELIVERY.

28. Check stock availability at PDC via RDA.

29. Perform S-gate tasks such as:
a. Check, report and reply TTS case.

b. Check vehicle option.

c. Use WebETK.

Others

30. Ad hoc duties and tasks assigned by the superior.

**Requirements**:

- GCE ‘O’ Level qualification, OR
- Class 3 Driving License (when applicable).
- As least 2 years working experience in warehouse and logistics environment, OR At least 1 year working experience in the Automotive industry.
