Work Location: Ang Mo Kio
- Belongs to a project to deliver next generation Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS) to Singapore Government, and work as a member of a team responsible for system test to ensure delivered functions meet the approved design specification.
- Responsible for managing TRSs (Test Record Sheets) creation.
- Develop, Monitor, Train and Review the TRS team for creating TRSs for various stages of project.
- Review the TRSs and take-up with LTA and get endorsement.
- Responsible for coordination with Test Team and LTA.

Responsible for tracking the status of test execution and TRS for all test cases and reporting the progress to LTA.
- Test Record Sheet is the document to record of test results, evidence data, defects and observations for each individual test case

TRS Team Management
- Develop TRS team members with providing necessary technical inputs required for creating accurate TRS
- Develop & Guide TRS team leads
- Arrange necessary manpower/resources based on test schedule and quantum of test
- Coordinate with management and forecast recourse planning.

TRS Management
- Standardise TRS formats and procedures
- Track the status of test execution and TRS for various stages
- Report the progress to LTA

Review and Endorse Key TRSs
- Study test cases and witness key tests actively
- Co-ordinate with testers for required inputs
- Review key TRS’s created by team
- Get the LTA endorsement on TRS

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from reputable institutions (Polytechnic diploma to be considered depending on the qualification and knowledge).
- Minimum 10 years’ experience with good track record leading & supervising a team.
- Work experience of in quality control or software test of industrial products such as electrical equipment/device/system for more than 3 years.
- Adept with electronic device and electrical works, communication protocol, Singapore LTA systems etc;
- Good understanding of system diagrams and specification
- Proficient knowledge for Microsoft Word, Excel and other software
- International Codes & Standards
- Local Codes and Regulation.
