**Responsibilities**:

- Support budgeting, forecasting and reporting - by preparing and providing reports, consolidation and analysis as directed by the CEO and Regional Finance Manager (Regional and division wise);
- Implement robust budget and rolling forecasting processes for the region that drives business performance;
- Dissect commercial analysis to pinpoint issues and drive for action plans;
- Perform in
- depth sales analysis as directed by the CEO or Regional Finance Manager to support forecast and ongoing business performance - by country, market, product, pricing volume etc;
- Perform analysis of revenue performance and growth, profit and loss reports, operating variances, revenue reports and key performance indicators;
- Track and highlight cost lines for APAC countries
- ROI, staff & marketing costs, historical trends;
- Develop robust financial models to support business case assessments (including capital expenditures);
- Closely tracking forecasting for accuracy and build a culture of continuous forecast improvement amongst APAC finance and operational teams;
- Closely monitoring finances of APAC offices;
- Generate monthly MIS reports;
- Cash Flow management

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 5 - 8 years of working experience in a similar role in a **FMCG company **;
- Operate proactively with mínimal supervision;
- Able to effectively handle multiple priorities;
- Compliance knowledge e.g. audit, tax, IFRS standards, legal requirements etc;
- Communication - proactive communicator with excellent written and verbal English Skills to interact effectively with global colleagues;
- Knowledge in **Tableau and SAP **required;
- Excellent knowledge of **MS Office/ MS Excel **necessary
