- **Has prior consulting experience building the practice by prototyping and product demo creation**:

- **Knowledge of industry standard and best practices in customer services, preferably SG Public Sector, smart city, government commercial clod/sovereign cloud, industrial facilities and real estate management.**:

- **Excellent client management skills and the ability to work with clients to develop and manage an action plan**:

- **Strong business acumen, strategic and analytical thinking, root cause analysis, and creative problem-solving ability
**Ideally, you’ll also have**
- **Excellent client-facing written and oral communications skills;**:

- **Customer-centric individual, possess strong leadership and interpersonal skills.**
