As part of our strategic growth initiatives, the company is seeking a dynamic and visionary individual to spearhead the establishment of a carpark gantry system. This system will not only optimize the management of its self-owned carpark units but also explore opportunities to manage third-party carpark units, thereby creating a new revenue stream for the company.

**Key Qualifications**:
