Singapore BTI EXECUTIVE SEARCH PTE. LTD. Full time

Our client is one of the world’s leading independent wealth and asset managers. They are looking for Assistant Relationship Manager to support 2 Private Bankers in all aspects of client service and administrative support.

**Responsibilities**
- Respond to all client queries and capable of resolving most issues and requests.
- Take and execute client orders, including but not limited to money market, securities and FX transactions.
- Monitor daily cash management activities.
- Prepare and handle of account opening documents and compliance with AML requirements.
- Prepare credit excess reports.
- Ensure client's records / accounts / investments / market information are current and information updates are timely maintained with relevant accompanying correspondences and meeting reports.

**Your profile**
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience in client servicing roles within Private Banking business.
- Strong understanding of financial products and services.
- Good knowledge of Avaloq is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and client interfacing skills.
- Experience with managing internal and external clients.
- Familiar with AML and compliance requirements within the Private Banking space.
- Professional certifications in CACS Papers 1 and 2 would be advantageous.
