**Responsibilities**:

- Basic knowledge of IT technology used in business
- Handle ordering, processing and recording of equipment purchases for businesses
- Able to work with a team and independently
- Able to source for new vendors by working with the APAC procurement team.
- Document technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals
- Maintain jovial relationships with clients

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience as a Technical Support Engineer, Desktop Support Engineer, IT Help Desk Technician or similar role
- Hands-on experience with Windows/Mac OS environments
- Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and network devices
- Experiences in handling vendors and deriving agreement contract preferred but not necessary.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal
- Minimum Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science or relevant field
