**About the role**:
The videos on MSNews greatly supplement the editorial content we run, we offer a range of videos in MSNews, from live streaming, to explainer-style, to documentaries. We have routinely featured unique and prominent personalities in our videos.

Video Producers will need to be kept up to date on current affairs events, an eye for interesting profiles with stories to tell. A good understanding of news will also be required as you will tackle dialogues on social issues. A self-starter mentality and determined personality is crucial for success in this role.

**What will you do**:

- To be manage subordinates discipline & welfare through meetings, orientation activities, performance reviews & disciplinary actions
- To be responsible for managing timelines, schedules & workflows of a production crew
- To conduct QC on all MSN videos for all MSN platforms
- Work professionally with external clients of the company to execute campaigns
- To script stories for video stitch storytelling
- Minimum 2 Years of Relevant experience in the creative/media industry
- Able to do manage a small production crew
- Good command of English + able to script for storytelling
- Meticulous & Good eye for content/trending topics
- Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro
- Able to shoot & Edit Videos
