**What You’ll Do**
- Create daily hand-tied bouquets, vase arrangements, and retail floral displays
- Assist with floral arrangements for events, weddings, and styling projects
- Offer friendly and professional service to walk-in customers
- Guide customers in selecting blooms and packaging bespoke bouquets
- Maintain quality control of fresh flower inventory and materials
- Prepare flower conditioning, cutting, and proper storage
- Ensure cleanliness and upkeep of the floral work area
- Support general store and retail operations and its display setup
- Collaborate closely with the team on creative and seasonal concepts
- Participate in occasional floral workshops or pop-ups as required

- Passionate about flowers, design, and aesthetics
- Detail-oriented with a strong eye for color and proportion
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced, creative environment
- Responsible and a good team player
- Prior experience in floristry or creative retail is a plus, but not a must — we provide on-the-job training

Pay: $2,100.00 - $2,400.00 per month
