**AVP/VP Multinational Service Delivery APAC
**Role Summary**:
The Multinational Service Delivery Manager plays a key role within the Multinational Business Unit to manage, execute and continually improve Sompo International’s Multinational client service and network performance across the Asia Pacific region (APAC).

This role is responsible for client service delivery in APAC, driving and maintaining a standardized global end to end (E2E) process, ensuring Issuing & Producing Office service standards are met and successful client outcomes are achieved.

The role will be key in building and managing Sompo’s Multinational network and fostering strong relationships with network partners and Sompo offices across the Region.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Develop and performance manage a best-in-class Multinational network across APAC
- Take responsibility for ensuring accurate submissions are accepted, polices are issued, reinsurance transactions are processed, and premiums are remitted in a timely fashion
- Ensure global Multinational E2E process, procedures and controls are adhered to in close collaboration with the Multinational Global Operations team
- Build and manage strong network partner and Sompo Issuing Office relationships (including onboarding and on-going management)
- Maintain strong relationships with Sompo Producing in APAC and other Regions
- Manage team activities to achieve performance targets
- Produce, monitor and act on operational performance reporting/SLAs
- Managed assigned direct reports and develop their knowledge, skills and experience
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to deliver the best service
- Manage and resolve client service issues and act as a ‘go-to’ point of escalation

**Desired Skills & Experience**:
- Minimum 7 years Commercial insurance background, with 5 years Multinational programme experience, preferably in client servicing roles
- Strong client focus, experienced working with multinational clients & brokers
- Experience managing network partners
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to multitask and prioritise
- Experience managing teams, in particular remotely, and across geographies
- Able to identify and implement operational and process improvements (Six Sigma certification a plus)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work and adjust with people from different backgrounds, countries and cultures
- Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines /Ability to handle multiple priorities on own initiative
- IT packages; MS Outlook, Excel and Word.
- CII Qualification desirable
- Mandarin language skills imperative
