Salary Range $6K - $7.5K
- Industry: Construction
- To propose plan & implement ACMV installations.
- To ensure progress according to schedule, quality standards is maintained, site inspections are carried out and technical issues are resolved on time.
- To carry out equipment start up/ testing and commissioning interface with Building Automation system (BAS).
- To design and good knowledge in ACMV installation drawing and control starter panel of ACMV Equipment.
- Prepare documents for site inspection, testing and commissioning and Handover document.
- Prepare documents for equipment and material approval submission.
- To carry out duct static calculation and pump head calculation.
- To justify duct and pipe size base on the shop drawing and design drawing.
- To carry our material ordering for ACMV system and coordinate with suppliers and sub-contractors.
- To attend meetings and perform coordination with main-contractor and sub-contractors.
- To make monthly and weekly schedule refer to the master schedule.
- To control and instruct to sub-contractor strongly.
- To coordinate with safety team and follow up safety related matters at site.

**Requirement;**
- Diploma / Degree in M&E
- At least 2 years work experience in building construction ACMV Project
- Possess leadership skills with the ability to control subcontractors
- Good knowledge in ACMV system design and installation
- Excellent leadership & interpersonal skills
- Have some knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit and Microsoft Project
