**About the team you are joining**:
Reporting to the Product Manager, CASS & PASS, dotted line to Head, Billing Operations, the incumbent will be responsible for providing support to Cargo Accounts Settlement System (CASS) 2.0 Project in the areas of pre-migration activities, implementation & roll out as well and new services promotion for Asia Pacific and North Asia region.

This role is based in Singapore.

**What your day would be like**:

- Assist Product owner on the external communications, engagement and training, coordinating with Regional Mobilization Team.
- Work with the Testing Manager for UAT, coordinate the testing activities and result with the external users when required.
- Provide regular communications and status updates to Regional and Local stakeholders.
- Work with Regional and Central team in the development and delivery of the Gap Analysis and Operational migration activities.
- Support the pre-migration activities including the delivery of the trainings, external and internal communications.
- Prepare/coordinate the implementation documents in local language when needed.
- Support the Customer Services for the troubleshooting after migration.
- Coordinate the new service promotion in the Region.

**We would love to hear from you if**:

- You have a University Degree in a relevant discipline;
- At least 7 years of relevant working experience;
- Experience with Data Processing Center software, and familiarity with IATA's systems (e.g. CASSlink);
- Out-of-the-box thinker with a proven record in providing IT customer solutions;
- Excellent analysis, interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong sense of customer service ethics according to IATA’s corporate philosophy;
- Good PC skills, particularly in MSOffice, and a good understanding of Relational Database Systems;
- Must be Fluent in written and spoken English, whilst knowledge of another regional language would be an advantage.
