**Roles And Responsibilities
**Description**
- Will be tasked to monitor and manage all aspects of risks (ALM, credit, market and operational and technology risks) to ensure a smooth operation in the Singapore Branch
- Assist to create and implementation the credit risk framework
- Assist to create operating manuals include credit risk underwriting
- Review and update of the risk principles, policies and procedures
- Independent review of credit proposals/transactional requests ensuring in line with Bank’s appetite, internal credit policies & adherence to related regulatory requirements, prior to approval/ post-approval.
- Maintaining quality of credit proposals ensuring accuracy of information & in-depth risk analysis
- Regular and/or ad-hoc portfolio monitoring.
- Proactively identify potential credit risk concerns and raise to head-office, and credit analyst/RM
- Handling all reporting matters with the management team and regulators
- Responsible for preparation of Risk Management Council Meetings, liaise and prepare other key management forums within the Bank
- Assist in development of Environmental & Climate Risk Implementation and transformation of procedures
- Maintain awareness of business, regulatory and market issues providing support to enhance the risk functions and supporting internal and external audit
- Manage key regulatory reporting for the bank and ensure regulatory requirements are fulfilled at all times

**Job Requirements**
- University degree.
- Equipped with strong analytical skills with high attention to details.
- Communicate efficiently both in verbal and written manner.
- Experience in banking transactions would be added advantage, especially expertise with SFA
