**Job Description Summary**: The Master Scheduler play the key role in short-term and long-term business goals, reporting to the GRSS Materials Manager & Asia Senior Fulfilment Lead. The role is responsible for the plant wide production planning / forecasting, OTD performance & Materials In-Out Strategies for the total Company

**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Demonstrate accountability for long-term planning of plant-wide master production schedule
- Cooperate with Operations Leaders to perform equipment hard capacity planning
- Accountable for plant prioritization of activities to achieve on-time delivery performance
- Ensure a consistent hand off of planning information to the production support team
- Working closely with Materials Team on materials planning to achieve plant-wide

inventory reduction
- Interface with Optimization and Manufacturing cells to track production progress
- Co-chair shop production pacing together with Finance Team
- Report and monitor plant production load and capacity
- Maintain engineering schedule and assist in improving the planning process
- Drive lean implementation, connecting lean lines with shared service via pull system

**Qualifications/Requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university with at least 4 years of experience in manufacturing or engineering

**Desired Characteristics**
- Prior scheduling experience is preferred
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong influencing skills within a matrix organization
- Lean / Six Sigma training is preferred
- Knowledge of production and inventory management
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
