INVIVO F&B SINGAPORE Pte Ltd is seeking a qualified Senior Accountant for a full-time position. Individual will be responsible for full-cycle accounting, which requires an ability to juggle several organizational tasks at once. Responsibilities include managing all aspects of general ledger, accounts receivable, and accounts payable, as well as sales tax reporting, credit card statements and cash flow. Relevant experience working in the F&B and/or retail industry a plus.

**Duties Include**:
**Responsible for All Bookkeeping Functions**
Responsible for Payables

Responsible for all accounts receivable

New Job set up and closing in QuickBooks, as needed

Responsible for banking transactions including reconciliation

**Ensure Timely and Accurate Financial Reporting and Analysis**

Compile reconciliations analysis for Balance Sheet Item

Prepare reports for owners and accountant

Ensure compliance to project budgets and provide analysis of deviations

Cash Flow Reports — Actuals and Projected

Check Budget vs Actuals and prepare variance analysis

**Responsible for Tax/GST Reporting**

Prepare, review & file GST return

Prepare, review & file GST return

Compute corporate income tax related data, review & file CIT return

**Responsible for cash-flow management**

Communicate with customers/subs/banks to ensure draws take place timely

Manage overall cash-flow for the company

**Requirements**:
5 years full-charge bookkeeping experience

Extensive knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles

F&B and/ot retail accounting experience

Very detailed oriented, organized, able to work independently and meet stringent deadlines with mínimal supervision
Strong customer service skills
Good oral and written communication skills
Enthusiastic, eager to learn and take on new challenges
