Junior Merchandising

Job Responsibilities:
As a Junior Merchandiser, you will assist in planning, and coordinating merchandise to ensure optimal product assortment, stock levels, and performance across all retail channels.

Key responsibilities include:

- Assist in seasonal merchandise planning activities
- Monitor stock levels and sales performance across stores and e-commerce
- Work closely with store teams to manage replenishment and transfers
- Analyse sell-through rates, bestsellers, and underperforming items
- Coordinate with marketing team on product launches and visual merchandising plans
- Prepare reports on sales trends and stock status.
- Support the Senior Merchandiser or Buyer in administrative duties

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business, or related field
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in merchandising, retail buying, or inventory
- Good analytical and numerical skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, inventory systems (e.g., POS/ERP systems) & Adobe Photoshop
- Passion for fashion retail and current trends
- Able to work independently and as part of a team

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $2,300.00 - $2,500.00 per month
