**Job Descriptions**:

- Plan, execute and manage all advertising, promotion and digital marketing strategies for the company’s online platforms i.e. Lazada, Shopee, Facebook, Instagram
- Follow up on customers’ enquiries through company’s online platforms
- Content creation and schedule post for social media platforms
- Design, build and maintain social media presence, as content gatekeeper and creator for articles, social posts and landing pages
- Develop engaging online content including videos, graphics, and blogs; monitor and analyse content success
- Keep abreast of new social media sites, web technologies, and digital marketing trendsand implement them
- Establish and maintain rapport with viewers and followers
- Perform any additional ad-hoc duties
