**Job Title: Management Trainee (BOH F&B Operations)**

**Job Level**:Junior/Entry Level

**Department**:F&B Department

**Location**: Orchard Central, Singapore

**Allowance**:$3,700/month

**Working days**: 5-6 days a week

**THE JOB**:

- Prepares participants for the Food and Beverage (F&B) Steward role.
- Get hands-on with all kitchen stations and understand the full back-of-house operations.
- Work towards mastering operations and leadership skills to grow into a **Sous Chef role**.
- Support the day-to-day kitchen workflow to ensure smooth, timely, and high-quality food preparation.
- Learn and uphold food hygiene, safety, and quality control standards.
- Assist the Head Chef and Sous Chef in executing service, managing prep work, and maintaining kitchen efficiency.
- Take part in new dish development, tasting sessions, and kitchen planning meetings.
- Help lead and coach junior kitchen staff to maintain consistency and excellence.
- Coordinate with front-of-house teams to ensure a seamless dining experience.
