**Responsibilities**:
For the gas assembly integration commodity - develops 'strategic' plans, schedules and monitors the execution of these strategies through the operation cycle. Responsible for establishing strategic sourcing plans for the commodity space 3-5 years out. Develops such plans, aligns through various cross functional organizations, and then presents to Executive Management for approval. Upon approval, executes the plans and monitors to ensure they are implemented with the intended results. Provides periodic status updates to Executive Team and Product Group as required. As part of these strategic sourcing plans, the SCM will be responsible for global capacity that supports the strategic sourcing initiatives. The SCM will monitor global commodity capacity and take proactive steps to ensure the required capacity plus burst capability is in place at all times. The SCM is responsible for establishing Supplier contracts and managing Commodity costs to competitive, market driven levels as well as supporting product cost objectives. The SCM will manage commodity costs twice quarterly to ensure that cost objectives are being achieved per forecast and commitments. Additionally, the SCM will provide direct guidance and oversight of new Supplier onboarding within the gas assembly integration commodity space.
**Minimum Qualifications**
- Bachelor degree or equivalent is required with 4-6 years of supply chain supervisory experience.
- Background and experience in strategic planning
- Background and experience in project management
**Preferred Qualifications**
- Background and experience in the semiconductor capital equipment or semiconductor industries
