**As an ABA-VB Behavoural Supervisor,** you will lead and empower the team by:
1) conducting trainings on ABA-VB, conducting drills and managing behaviors

2) conducting 1-1 Homebased ABA sessions and Social Classes / EIP classes

3) providing in-session supervision and consultations

4) designing appropriate IEP goals

5) developing new programs to cater to a greater diversity of needs and achieve better results

6) conducting intake assessments

**Minimum requirements**:
1) At least 5 years of experience in ABA-VB with 2 years in leading a team of therapists.

2) At least a Bachelor’s Degree in a related field (i.e. psychology, special education, early childhood), BCBA certification preferred.

3) Local or PRs only.
