Manager, Lease Management

**Job Purpose**:
To be responsible for all the lease documentation of the commercial activities managed by Stellar Lifestyle.
**Responsibilities**:
- Ensure efficiency and effectiveness in lease management/administration
- Deep understanding of commercial lease documentation and processes
- Manage the leases and information in real estate specific management system to ensure timely and accurate billing
- Ensure compliance to policy and all work instructions
- Oversee arrears management through close monitoring of payments
- Experience in managing and implementation of Point of Sales System and the collection of variable rent
- Manage enforcement of Landlord’s rights under tenancy agreements where necessary, including liaison with internal and external legal counsel
- Conduct process-reviews, to streamline processes to achieve high efficiency in work processes.
- Prepare monthly/ quarterly report and analysis for lease related activities
**Qualifications & Work Experience**:
- Degree in Real Estate/Building or related qualifications preferred
- Min 8 years of experience in retail property leasing/marketing preferred
- Experience in handling lease management matters in a supervisory capacity preferred
- Prior knowledge in local planning regulations and land laws would be an advantage
**Skills**:
- Positive, professional approach with a strong emphasis on providing excellent customer service
- Resourceful, self-driven and able to perform effectively in a dynamic and fast paced environment
- Meticulous with strong analytical ability
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
