Technology Integration Lead

Citi Global Wealth (CGW) is a newly created business integrating Citi Private Bank and the Consumer organizations into a single platform enabling Citi to serve its clients across the wealth spectrum and capitalize on Citi’s industry leading capabilities. As we embark on this journey of being the leading wealth management provider in Asia, it is important to have a best-in-class Technology Platform. The CGW Asia Integration Lead will play a pivotal role to partner closely across the organizations varied teams to deliver unified experiences, innovative technology solutions, and best in class digital products. The role will also be responsible for fostering a strong partnership between Consumer Technology, Citi gold and Citi Private Bank for Asia Pacific and managing the overall development, integration and execution of Technology roadmap.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with CGW leadership team to define and deliver the technology product roadmaps aligning to strategic business priorities.
- Work in close collaboration with the product, sales and segments, regional and country teams to understand and anticipate business needs and translate them into technology product requirements.
- Work closely with CGW & GCB technology teams to oversee all stages of product creation including design and development.
- Acts as a trusted advisor to the leadership team and addresses high impact strategic issues across its portfolio of businesses. Work in close partnership with business heads and senior leadership.
- Lead the planning product release plans and set the expectation for delivery of new functionalities.
- Spearhead the Technology strategy and prioritization conversation with Global CGW COO Team
- Provide an active role in mitigating impediments impacting successful team completion of Release/Sprint Goals
- Create and maintain a product backlog according to business value or ROI.
- Ensure customer launch of implemented technologies and drive adoption.
- Create pragmatic frameworks for measuring business value of implemented technology - iterate on roadmap basis the results.
- Analyze market, the users, and the roadmap for the product; follow competitors and industry
- Oversee the transition from strategy to implementation: from roadmap to releases and sprints, from epics to stories, validating the technology solutioning and architecture along the way

**Qualifications**:

- 15+ years relevant experience in Wealth Management and/or Technology Strategy
- In-depth understanding of Wealth products and Wealth Management business
- Good understanding of technology processes
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills
- Excellent organizational and team management experience
- Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
- In-depth understanding of the business and financial drivers.
- Ability to lead and direct a team of knowledge professionals. Problem structuring and analytic capabilities; ability to take a complex problem and organize it in discrete pieces for solution. Ability to size and prioritize large-scale initiatives across businesses. Ability to work effectively with senior and middle level managers and with large interdisciplinary teams.
