- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 10 years of experience in Key Account Management roles
- Experience in E-Commerce, Consumer Electronics, FMCG or Sports Retailing industries
- Experience in management of partner relationships

Preferred qualifications:

- Experience managing Key Accounts or sales teams across APAC
- Experience with outstanding sales performance
- Ability to partner effectively, collaborate, and influence across an organization
- Ability to work in a fast-paced ambiguous environment
- Driven with excellent leadership and influencing skills

**About the job**:
As a Strategic Account Manager, you will be passionate about developing our third-party E-Commerce Sales across Asia Pacific (APAC), by partnering with some of the biggest E-Commerce retailers in the world.

You will help grow Fitbit and elevate the Fitbit brand experience. You will be pivotal in setting best practice, and with your leadership, you will assist our country Sales and Marketing teams to be successful and deliver on their business goals.

**Responsibilities**:

- Own and lead the Fitbit APAC business relationship with our key E-Commerce Retailers (KA) in focus markets.
- Develop account strategies with country teams for the nominated KA’s. Influence overall distribution and go-to-market strategies in market.
- Deliver country aggregate business growth through improved management of KA, and deliver a greater share of business in market achieved by KA’s. Set annual business plans for KA’s in line with the agreed country goals.
- Elevate our KA operating relationship and ensure regular engagement within the KA. Develop and improve the skillsets of Country Sales and Marketing teams by providing leadership, systematic management, and results with KA’s.
- Agree on Joint Business Plans with KA leadership/local teams. Strategize business plans to reflect volume, business growth, promotional, and advertising plans. Provide a weekly/monthly forecast for all KA.
