Executive / Manager - Sustainability and Business Development

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct data analysis to support product category management, cost optimisation, and business performance
- Identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and sustainability outcomes
- Assist with environmental and sustainability reporting (e.g. food waste, packaging, carbon footprint)
- Work with internal teams and external partners on initiatives such as food waste recycling, beverage container return schemes, and plastic reduction
- Support the Management to develop and implement sustainability strategies, decarbonisation plans, and risk assessments
- Contribute to business development through internal growth initiatives such as new store planning, category optimization, and cross-departmental process improvements.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Business, Sustainability, Analytics or a related field. Diploma holders with related experience may also apply.
- For Executive role:1-3 years of experience in retail/FMCG, sustainability, or data analysis will be an advantage. Freshmen with internship or project experience are welcome.
- For Manager role: 3-5 years’ experience in retail/FMCG, sustainability, or data-driven business development.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; proficiency in Excel and data tools
- Familiarity with ESG frameworks and sustainability practices is a plus.
- Good team player with strong leadership, interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent coordination and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin is preferred to liaise with suppliers and internal stakeholders
- Independent, self-motivated, resourceful and reliable
- Be customer oriented and possess pleasant disposition
