We want to ensure that we continue to have leading Digital channels, and that we are using data to provide the right product to our customers in the right channel and at the right time. We are currently seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join our Singapore office to deliver Digital initiatives.

Reporting to the, the role will be creating new strategies and optimize automation tests and processes that will bring value to the quality assurance chapter and to the business. TAA will work with the squad QAs and advise them on the test automation solutions and processes, that align to the best practices and test policy. TAA will be responsible on overseeing the maintenance of automation test framework across different testing environment, pipeline and tools to ensure efficient, secure testing and contribute to speed of delivery.

**Other Key responsibilities of this role are**:

- Documentation of the automation framework and establish roadmap and direction for long-term solutions
- Evaluate and leverage test automation tools that best fit to the Digital Technology roadmap
- Support QAs to strategize, develop and improve test automation coverage based on complexity and business-critical functionalities
- Support QAs on code review of test scripts ensuring security, reusability and maintainability
- Recommend and share new tools, techniques and automation best practices to QAs
- Work with development teams on creating automation strategy that supports efficient regression testing and minimize manual testing to help rapid delivery
- Collaborate with squad developers regularly to ensure optimal test coverage based on test pyramid concept

**To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate the following skills & experience**:

- Experience in Web, Mobile App, UI and API automation testing
- Experience in automation frameworks including Cypress, WebDriverIO, Selenium, Appium, Mocha and Cucumber
- Understands coding standards and has participated in code reviews
- Knowledge in non-functional testing including load testing
- Experience in CI/CD environments
- Experience in work management tools including JIRA, Confluence, Git, etc. in an agile environment
- Highly motivated and posses
