**About the Role**
Were looking for a proactive and technically curious **DevOps Intern** to support our infrastructure and deployment processes while also assisting in on-site troubleshooting for IT hardware. This is a great opportunity to gain experience in both DevOps and technical support in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist in managing and responding to support-related tasks.
- Help set up, configure, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for development and deployment.
- Work closely with developers to automate build and release workflows.
- Participate in planning and documentation for software releases and version control.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across development, testing, and production environments.
- Provide on-site troubleshooting for desktop computers, kiosks, and related hardware.
- Assist in the configuration and management of monitoring, logging, and alerting tools.
- Support cross-functional teams in DevOps initiatives and promote a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Document processes, procedures, and configurations to maintain an internal knowledge base.
- Join team meetings, knowledge-sharing sessions, and training to grow your DevOps skills.
**Qualifications**
- Must be residing in **Singapore**.
- Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Basic knowledge of DevOps principles, CI/CD tools, and version control systems like Git.
- Interest or experience in scripting (e.g., Bash, Python) is a plus.
- Familiarity with desktop and hardware troubleshooting is a strong advantage.
- Strong attention to detail, willingness to learn, and a collaborative mindset.
