Remote, Singapore Super Effective Full time

In this position, you will play a key role in determining our strategy - from choosing the right tools to managing feature parity to identifying how to take advantage of the latest tech.

**You will**
- Propose UI/UX initiatives with good design sense and attention to detail
- Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code, following best practices and coding standards
- Uphold our high engineering standards and bring consistency to the many codebases and processes you will encounter, including selecting technical stack for future front-end products
- Work in an agile environment, participate in code reviews, and contribute to the development of team standards and best practices

**Experience Requirements**:

- 4+ years of hands-on experience in front-end development with React Js and React Native demonstrated through the delivery of production-grade code in commercial or enterprise-level projects.
- Proven track record of implementing mobile-first and responsive web design principles in past projects.
- Expertise in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (ES6+, Typescript), with the ability to produce clean, maintainable, and scalable code.
- Demonstrated experience in integrating RESTful APIs with backend services, preferably within the last two years, showcasing successful implementations.
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills, supported by examples or scenarios from previous roles.
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities, with tangible instances of teamwork and cooperation in previous projects.
- Genuine passion for technology, engineering, and product development, reflected in past projects or contributions to the tech community.

**Nice to have**:

- Experience with Next JS, Story Book JS.
- Familiarity with CI/CD using CircleCI, and GitHub Actions.
- A passion for the intersection of design and data.
- Zero to one experience crossing the chasm
- Worked on product(s) that have undergone hyper-growth
- Previous consumer startup experience - UX obsession

Pay: $12,000.00 - $92,000.00 per year
